Return Policy 

It is very important to us that you have a pleasant shopping experience, and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return, exchange or by credit note of unused full-priced merchandise within 7 days from delivery date. All engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. To receive a full refund or exchange, the merchandise must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used or not in it’s original packaging. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the customer. If your shipment appears to be damaged, please notify us within 3 days by emailing info@ddaniela.com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
